YUBA BURDOCK SPRINGROLL (165G)



Traditional preparation and serving method:

  1. Deepfry the frozen rolls.
  2. Be very careful with the frying. With chopsticks hold the roll in the middle at the point where the yuba wrap ends.
  3. With the roll held fastly in the chopsticks, dip the burdock roll in the oil. Remove when it turns crispy.

Hint:

Slice each roll into four pieces (once in the centre and twice diagonally) -similar to matsukazari Stack the pieces on a plate and serve.

Burdock:

Burdock is a wonderful herb full of nutritious value and for centuries Native American Indians have used burdock as a food source.
