How Yuba is made

YUBA SASHIMI SHEET - 3 SHEETS (140G)

Traditional preparation and serving method:
- After defrosting naturally in the refrigerator remove the three rolled sheets from the tray.
- Leave the three sheets together and fold from edge to center.
- Slice the sheet diagonally at 1cm intervals.
- If you are feeling artistic attempt to lay out the yuba slices in a ripple design. Small "waves" of yuba lapping up against each other.
Hint:
For a more challenging serving suggestion you could wrap cucumber / carrot sticks in the yuba.
This can be quite tricky as the Yuba sheet needs to be laid out like a handerkerchief and wrapped very carefully around the cucumber and carrot sticks. After each fold, add another stick.
