Traditional preparation and serving method:

  1. Defrost the yuba soup in the refigerator.
  2. Heat up in a pot. Once the soup begins to boil, immediately turn off.

Hint:

Place a small amount of wasabi on the top of the soup to create a spine tingling taste to the soup.
