YUBA LEES (200G) - COOKED WITH ORGANIC RED CARROT FROM KYOTO AND SEA TANGLE



Traditional preparation and serving method:

  1. Naturally defrost the yuba lees in the refigerator.
  2. Eat cold with green peas on top. Makes an excellent appetiser.

Hint:

Evenly spread the lees on crackers or pumperknickel bread. This makes a perfect and stylish snack for either yourself or for company. A tasty way to continue eating highly nutritious food !
