How Yuba is made

Traditional preparation and serving method:

  1. Naturally defrost the yuba in the refrigerator.
  2. Sprinkle lightly with salt to balance the sweet miso taste.
  3. Attractively arrange the balls on a plate and serve. Decorate on the side with a green vegetable such as parsley.

Hint:

Yuba balls are delicious appetisers for a meal. The miso acts as a natural preservative thus facilitating storage in the refrigerator for one week. Only this yuba product can be left in the refrigerator for one week due to the miso content. Other yuba products need to be frozen.
  1. Deep-fry for three seconds.
  2. Dip in salt.
