How Yuba is made

YUBA SASHIMI ROLL - 5 ROLLS (90G)




Traditional preparation and serving method:

  1. Naturally defrost the pack of yuba rolls in the refrigerator
  2. Slice the Yuba rolls evenly in half and use to make vegetarian shabu-shabu The Yuba rolls make an excellent and tasty subsititute for meat. Best to use 15 rolls (3 packs x 90g) for one person.

Hint:

Add to a rich vegetarian soup. Alternatively try a preprepared cooked roll yuba in vegetarian soup
